Using Audible Diagnosis to Diagnose Issues

Follow the instructions below to use the audible diagnosis method.

• Launch the LG ThinQ application and select the Smart Diagnosis^TM feature in the menu. Follow the instructions for audible diagnosis provided in the LG ThinQ application.

• Press the Power button to turn on the appliance.

• Swipe the display down to see the Settings screen and select More Settings. Select Smart Diagnosis from the Settings menu and press the Start/Pause button.

• Hold the mouthpiece of your phone over the Power button. Hold the phone no more than one inch from (but not touching) the washer.

  • Keep the smartphone in place until the data transfer has finished. Time remaining for data transfer is displayed.

    

  Note

  • Do not touch any other buttons or icons on the display screen.

• After the data transfer is complete, the diagnosis will be displayed in the application.
