Slow Cook

This feature is only available in model LRGL5823* / LRGL5821*

The Slow Cook function is specially designed for grilling beef, pork and poultry. It is common for the surface of the food to darken after the completion of the Slow Cook. No preheating is required when using the Slow Cook mode.

Setting the Slow Cook Function

  • Press Slow Cook once.

    Hi appears in the Press Slow Cook repeatedly to toggle between Hi and Lo.

    Select the desired option.

  • Press START. The Slow Cook function starts operation.

  • Press CLEAR/OFF to cancel Slow Cook at any time.

Note

  • For best results, use a single rack in position 1 or 2.

  • Hi: 312 °F (156 °C), Lo: 260 °F (127 °C) (Temperatures measured in empty oven. Actual temperatures depend on type and amount of food in oven.
