I turned the power on, but nothing appears on the appliance screen.

Cause

Did you set the screen to off?

Solution

Press and hold the h button on the remote control for 3 seconds to turn on the product screen.

The pointer speed of the remote control is too slow or fast.

Have you adjusted the pointer speed on your remote control?

Solution

Press the p button at the bottom of the home screen and adjust in System 4 Language & Input 4 Pointer Speed.

I see spots on the screen.

Is the appliance screen an LCD panel?

Solution

While using the appliance, several pixel spots (red, green, blue, white, black) may appear on the screen. This phenomenon can be seen due to the characteristics of the LCD panel and has nothing to do with the performance of the monitor. This is not a malfunction, so use it with confidence.

Even if you change the screen, an afterimage of the previous screen remains.

Cause

Have you kept the same screen for a long time?

Solution

If you leave the same screen on for a long time, an afterimage of the previous screen may remain even when you change the screen. Press and hold the h button on the remote control for 3 seconds to turn the appliance's screen off and then on. The afterimage of the previous screen disappears.

The screen is too bright or dark so I can't see it well.

Cause

Have you adjusted the screen brightness?

Solution

Set the screen brightness by pressing the Screen Brightness button at the bottom of the home screen using the remote control.

The cover screen changes to a clock screen.

Cause

Have you turned on night vision mode?

Solution

When you set the night clock mode, the cover screen screen changes to the clock screen for the set time. If you do not want to use the night vision mode, press the h button at the bottom of the home screen and turn off the night vision mode in the cover screen item.
