Part

What to do

Camera Lens

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, dirt, and debris.

Speaker and Microphone Holes

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, dirt, and debris.

Pivot Point

Keep the rotating part for angle adjustment clean to prevent debris from getting inside.

Wi-Fi Signal

Make sure your device is within range of your Wi-Fi router. A weak signal may reduce video quality and cause connection issues.

Mounting Screws and Mounting Plate

Periodically check that the Mounting Screws and Mounting Plate are secure.

USB-C Type Cable

Inspect the USB-C Type Cable sheath for damage. If you find any damage, stop using the cable and replace it.

  • Don't spray water or cleaning agents directly on the lens or the camera body. Don't touch the device with wet hands.

  • Don't use sharp objects such as needles to remove debris from the Speaker or Microphone holes. This may damage the mesh covering.

  • Try not to touch the Camera Lens with your fingers. Natural oils from your skin can make the video look blurry.
