Control Panel 1: On the Freezer Door*1

1. Freezer

   Press this button repeatedly to select a desired temperature between -23 °C and -15 °C.

   • The initial freezer temperature is -18 °C.

2. Shabbath

   Use this function on the Jewish Sabbath and holidays.

   Using the Shabbath Mode

   • To turn Shabbath mode on, touch the display to activate it, then press and hold the Shabbath button for 3 seconds until the indicator turns on.

   • To turn Shabbath mode off manually, press and hold the Shabbath button for 3 seconds.

   Note

   • Shabbath mode automatically turns off after 96 hours.

   • Once turned on, Shabbath mode is maintained even after a power outage.

   • Selecting Shabbath mode automatically turns off the alarm, LED lamps, and Wi-Fi functions on applicable models. These functions will be automatically activated after Shabbath mode is turned off.

3. Fridge

   Press this button repeatedly to select a desired temperature between 1 °C and 7 °C.

   • The initial fridge temperature is 3 °C.

4. Express Freeze

   This function can quickly freeze a large amount of ice or frozen foods.

   • This function is enabled and disabled in turn each time you press the button for 3 seconds.

   • This function automatically terminates after a specific period has passed.

5. Wi-Fi

   This button allows the appliance to connect to a home Wi-Fi network. Refer to Smart Functions for information on the initial setup of the LG ThinQ application.

Note

• The control panel will turn off automatically for energy saving.

• If any finger or skin comes into contact with the control panel while cleaning it, the button function may operate.

• The actual inner temperature varies depending on the food status, as the indicated setting temperature is a target temperature, not actual temperature within the appliance.

• For optimal food preservation, increasing or decreasing 1 ℃ from the default temperature is recommended.
