Cleaning the PM1.0 Sensor

Note
  • This process is applicable only when the air purifying front panel is installed.

    • PM1.0 Sensor is only included with air purifying front panel.

  • It is recommended to clean the PM1.0 sensor every 6 months.(assuming 8 hours of daily use)

    • Cleaning interval is set period assuming that 8 hours of daily use.

Warning
  • Turn off the power to the appliance before work.

  • Be careful not to drop the product when removing the PM1.0 Sensor corner cover.

  • Be careful of falling accidents when cleaning the PM1.0 sensor.

  • Remove the dust sensor corner cover a on the front panel.

  • After opening the PM1.0 sensor cover b, remove the rubber cover c.

  • Wipe off any dust adhering to the lens using a cotton swab slightly moistened with water. Then wipe again with a dry cotton swab to remove moisture.

  • After inserting the rubber cover c, assemble the PM1.0 sensor cover b.

  • Assemble the dust sensor corner cover a on the front panel.

  • The dust sensor shown below does not require cleaning.

    • The sensor cover is affixed to the sensor with the screw.
