Removing the Refrigerator Door

• Detach all the wire harnesses a. Unscrew the ground wire b.

  

  Note

  • The number of wire harnesses may vary depending on the model.

  • Ground wire is only present on some models.

• Rotate the hinge lever c clockwise. Lift the top hinge d free of the hinge lever latch e.

  

  Caution

  • When lifting the hinge free of the latch, be careful that the door does not fall forward.

• Lift the door from the bottom hinge pin f.

  

• Place the door, inside facing up, on a non-scratching surface.
