LG Support Center

The LG Support Center provides quick troubleshooting tips, information, and support for LG Electronics PCs.

Tip:

LG Support Center is provided with the UWP app and it can be downloaded again on the Microsoft Store if it is deleted. If you want to download the files again, connect to the Microsoft Store, search for LG Support Center and install them.

When launching the UWP app for the first time, you may not be able to run the app through the hotkeys. This problem is caused by the delayed registration of the startup program of the UWP app. If this problem occurs, run the app directly and use the hotkeys for normal operation.

Your PC needs to be connected to the internet to use LG Support Center.

Using the LG Support Center

Select the Start button [] > [All apps] and run [LG Support Center].

Minimize/Exit Button: You can minimize the window or exit the program.
System Diagnosis: You can diagnose the system.
LG Electronics Chatbot: Run LG Chatbot.
Simple Measures: You can check for simple measures to deal with PC problems when they occur.
User's Guide: You can download the User's Guide.
Drivers/Software: You can download drivers and software.
Request Remote Support: You can schedule for remote support.
Request Telephone Support: You can schedule for telephone support.
Email Support: You can receive support by email.
Start Remote Support: Accesses remotely to start support.
View My PC Information: Information about the PC in use is displayed.
PC Optimization: Optimizes the PC or resets the system settings.
Voice of Customers: You can send your comments about our product to LG Electronics.

Changing the LG Support Center Start Settings

LG Support Center is configured to run automatically when Windows starts. You can use the following method to change the settings.

Right-click the [] icon on the right of the taskbar.
Select [Start Settings] to change the start settings of LG Support Center.
