LG Chatbot
LG Chatbot is an AI chatting counseling application that allows you to check product information, cause of failure and how to solve the problem.
LG Chatbot is provided as an UWP app and, if deleted, can be reinstalled through the Microsoft Store. If you want to delete and reinstall it, connect to Microsoft Store ans search for LG Chatbot and install it.
To use LG Chatbot, your PC must be connected to the internet.

Using LG Chatbot

Select the Start button [
] > [All apps] and run [LG Chatbot].Tip:Double-click the [
] icon on the right side of the taskbar to run [LG Chatbot].

Once LG Chatbot is launched, press the [Product Purchase Counseling] or [Customer Support Counseling] button.

When the chat screen appears, you can start a talk.
