The freezer ice bucket must be placed in the correct orientation. Failure to do so can damage the ice bucket and icemaker.

Install the ice bucket so that the FRONT on the handle faces front, toward the freezer door. The rear side of the ice bucket must face the inside of the freezer.

Remove the ice bucket to create more space inside the freezer if you do not use it.

The pad on the bottom of the ice bucket is designed to reduce the sound of the ice dropping. Do not remove the pad.

Clean the pad with water and dry it thoroughly before putting it back in place.
