Intel® Unison™

Intel® Unison™, by connecting the PC and mobile device, allows you to use calls or text messages on the PC or share files.

Tip:

Intel® Unison™ can be reinstalled by searching Intel® Unison™ in Microsoft Store.

It is recommended to disconnect from the app after using on a public PC.

The app may not work properly on some mobile devices and upgrading the operating system of a mobile device may prevent some features from working properly.

Running Intel® Unison™

Select the Start button [] > [All apps] and run [Intel® Unison™].

  1. Connecting the mobile device

    By connecting your PC to a mobile device, you can make calls or send text messages on the PC or share files.

    • To connect to a mobile device, the Intel® Unison™ app must be installed on the mobile device. Select [Add your phone/Add your tablet] and connect the device according to the guide.

  2. Exchanging files with anyone

    You can connect your PC to all devices temporarily to exchange files without installing the Intel® Unison™ app on other devices.

    • Select [Exchange files] to exchange files according to the guide.

Tip:

Menus and supported functions may differ depending on the mobile device or software version.

  1. Device: Allows you to check information and battery level of the connected mobile device, and disconnect the device connection.

  2. File transfer: Allows you to send files from the PC to your mobile device.

  3. Gallery: Allows you to check or share the photos and videos stored in your mobile device.

  4. Messages: Allows you to send and receive text messages.

  5. Calls: Allows you to browse the contacts stored in your mobile device and send text or make a phone call to the contacts.

  6. Notifications: Allows you to check mobile device notifications.

  7. Settings: Allows you to change settings related to the mobile device and check app information.

  8. Downloads: Allows you to check the file sent from the mobile device to the PC.
