Broil Mode
This feature will allow you to brown and crisp food quickly. There is no need for preheating.
Setting the Broil Function
Press Broil in the cooking mode screen.
Set the cook time in the display.
Press Start. The oven begins to heat.
Changing the Broil Settings
Press Edit in the display to bring up the Cook Settings screen.
Adjust the settings.
Press Start.
To Stop Cooking
Press Stop in the display and select Yes.
Caution
Always use oven gloves when removing the food and accessories after cooking as the oven & accessories will be very hot.
Note
For best results, use the rack when broiling in the upper oven.
