The Evaporation function removes residual water inside the oven cavity. The function takes a little over 20 minutes.
Press Cleaning in the Main Menu screen. Press Steam Maintenance, then press Evaporation.
Press the Start/Stop button on the display to begin Evaporation. The remaining time appears in the display.
