Earthing Instructions
This information is applicable to some countries only where an earth connection is required.
It is recommended to install an earth wire to prevent electric shock.
Connect the earth wire a to the screw b on the back of the appliance and the wall outlet c.
Do not connect the earth wire to gas pipe, water pipe, water tap, telephone earth wire, and lightining rod.
When you install the appliance in a humid or wet location, you must install the earth wire. You are obligated by law to install a circuit breaker in addition to the earth wire. Make sure your appliance is properly installed and earthed by a qualified technician.
Consult with your retailer or a qualified technician before installing an earth wire. You may be charged for the installation.
