Wireless Remote Control

Use the wireless remote control to operate the appliance more conveniently.

Buttons

	FUNC.(Function) Sets the various function or changes the temperature unit Each press changes the models in this order: Auto Clean ~ Energy Saving Cooling1 ~ Smart Clean1 ~ Comfort Cooling.
	VANE ANGLE Adjusts the vanes to direct the airflow from the air outlet
	PLASMA Supplies clean and fresh air by air purification filter Note This function is available only when the air purification filter is installed in the appliance.
	Power t Turns the appliance on/off
	Temperature Setting a, b Adjusts the desired temperature
	MODE Selects the desired operating mode Each press changes the modes in this order: Cooling ~ Auto ~ Dehumidification ~ Fan.
	JET COOL Changes the room temperature quickly
	FAN SPEED Adjusts the fan speed
	SWING (Up-Down Swing) Adjust the airflow direction up and down Press once more Swing (Up-Down Swing) button during rotation, the wind direction is fixed at the desired location.
	SWING (Left-Right Swing) Adjusts the airflow direction left and right
	ROOM TEMP (Room Temperature) Displays the current room temperature
	SLEEP Operates the air conditioner in Sleep mode before turning it off automatically at the set time
	ON Reserves the time that the air conditioner is automatically turned on.
	OFF Reserves the time that the air conditioner is automatically turned off.
	Timer Setting c, d Adjusts the time on the display
	LIGHT Press the c button to turn the LED display on or off.
	SET/CLEAR Sets or cancels the special functions or timer
	TIME(3 s) Press and hold the Set/Clear button for about 3 seconds to set the current time on the wireless remote control.
	Reset Resets the wireless remote control setting

This function is not available on the air conditioner.

Caution

Aim at the signal receiver on the wired remote controller so as to operate.
The remote control signal can be received at a distance of up to about 7 m.
Be sure that there are no obstructions between the remote controller and the signal receiver.
Do not drop or throw the remote controller.
Do not place the remote controller in a location exposed to direct sunlight, or near the heating unit, or any other heat source.
Be sure to block the strong light over the signal receiver with a curtain or etc. so as to prevent the abnormal operation.

Note

Some products don’t receive the wired signals.
When using the simultaneous operation system, the system will operate approximately 1 - 2 minutes after pressing the remote controller button.
The displayed temperature can be different from the actual room temperature if the remote controller is installed somewhere exposed to direct sunlight or is nearby a heat source.
Depending on the product, wireless and wired remote control are optional or basic.
The wireless remote controller do not operate the swirl mode.
