INLET ERROR

Cause

Water supply is not adequate in that location. Water does not enter appliance or it enters slowly.

Solution

  • Check another tap in the house.

Cause

Water supply tap is not completely open. Water does not enter the appliance or it enters slowly.

Solution

  • Open fully tap.

Cause

Water supply hose(s) are kinked.

Solution

  • Straighten hose or reinstall the water inlet hose.

Cause

The filter of the supply hose(s) are clogged.

Solution

  • Check and clean the inlet valve filter after turning off the taps and removing the hose connections to the washing machine.

UE

UNBALANCE ERROR

Cause

Rebalancing operation is not successful.

Solution

  • The automatic attempt to rebalance the clothes was not successful. The cycle has been paused to allow the laundry to be manually adjusted.

Cause

The load is too small.

Solution

  • Add more items to allow the appliance to balance the clothes.

Cause

Heavy items are mixed with lighter items.

Solution

  • Wash items of somewhat similar weight.

Cause

The load is out of balance.

Solution

  • Manually redistribute the clothes if laundry have become tangled.

WATER OUTLET ERROR

Cause

Drain hose is kinked or clogged. Water in the appliance does not drain or drains slowly.

Solution

  • Clean and straighten the drain hose.

Drawer ERROR

Cause

Drawer is not closed properly.

Solution

  • Close the drawer and press Start/Pause button to start the cycle.

  • This error message is displayed though the drawer is closed, call for service.

DOOR ERROR

Cause

Door is not closed properly.

Solution

  • Open the drawer and make sure the latch area is free of clothing or other obstructions.

  • Close the door, shut the drawer, and press Start/Pause to start the cycle.

  • This error message is displayed though the drawer is closed, call for service.

CONTROL ERROR

Cause

This is a control error.

Solution

  • Unplug the power plug and call for service.

LE

MOTOR LOCKED ERROR

Cause

Over load in motor.

Solution

  • Let the appliance wait for 30 minutes until the motor is cooled down and then, restart the cycle.

FE

OVERFLOW ERROR

Cause

Water overfills due to a possible faulty water valve.

Solution

  • Close the water tap. Unplug the power plug. Call for service.

PE

PRESSURE SENSOR ERROR

Cause

Water level sensor malfunctions.

Solution

  • Close the water tap. Unplug the power plug. Call for service.

STACKING ERROR

Cause

You may operate the Mini Washer without stacking a full-size washing machine.

Solution

  • Mini Washer will not operate as a standalone unit. It must be stacked under a suitable LG front-loading washing machine.

Cause

Stacking switch is not working properly.

Solution

  • The product is for use only in combination with LG authorized appliances. Call the customer information centre to check out LG authorized appliances.

FROZEN FAILURE

Cause

Is supply/drain hose or drain pump frozen?

Solution

  • Supply warm water into the drum in order to unfreeze the drain hose and the drain pump. Cover the supply hose with wet and warm towel.

TUB CLEAN ALARM

Cause

The programme has run more than 30 times.

Solution

  • Run the Tub Clean function.

[L

CHILD LOCK FUNCTION

Cause

[L is not an error. This prevents children from changing cycles or operating the appliance.

Solution

  • Turn off the Child Lock function in the control panel.
